Our goal is to get each group to participate in the Model Campsite. The Model Campsite is not just a way of having a campsite looking neat and clean but also safe. We know "An organized camp is a safe camp"

Model Campsite Layout Please see Model Campsite page to get a picture of the model campsite. A group can get up to 100 points just for participating.

As you see each area of the campsite is broken down into Chopping Area, Grease Pit, Meal Tent, Firewood Area, Tent's Order, Fire Area, Guideon (group flag) Display, Campsite Marked Off, Gate and Identification. You can get up to 1000 points for the neatness and safety of these areas.

Campsite Cleanliness is the overall cleanliness or organization of the camp.

Interior Tent Condition. We ask that each group leave open their tents so we can inspect the tents condition.

Camp Safety includes organization and having an accessible and usable First Aid station.

Pioneer Spirit includes participating with the theme of the camp and the willingness to volunteer and help in areas that is needed.

Bonus Awards are for things that the judges see as extras placed in or around the camp.
